Busy week last week...we had Sean Paul in the studio last Thursday. He then had to fly straight out of Charleston to New York to perform on "Good Morning America" the next morning. He said he was considering sleeping in instead, but he made it for the concert in Central Park after all. Check it out-

Today's topic on the show....who would win in a fight: Harry Potter or Edward Cullen? Most listeners are saying Edward because of his superhuman strength and his "hotness". I'm not really sure how that would help him in a fight...unless you have some questions about how Harry Potter likes to use his magic wand. ANYway, I have to vote for the wizard because he could just think of a spell that would take away Edward's powers. Hey, the Lincoln-Douglas debates it ain't.

Yeahkay...just got back from my High School reunion in scenic Danville, PA. Four days of pretty much doing the same stuff I did in High School...except with a lot more bars thrown in. Speaking of which, my buddies and I played some hoops on Saturday at this old elementary school court. Check my vertical leap out.

What a busy week...thanks to everyone for making our Taylor Swift pre-party at McAlister's Deli a HUGE success. We gave away the last tickets in the city to the sold out show. After that, my girlfriend and I went over to the coliseum to meet Taylor. She's TALL...like six feet tall. She's also as nice and friendly as it gets. What's up? Did you watch 90210 last night? I was very happy with the first episode...and keep in mind, i've seen every episode of the original several times. Andrea Zuckerman's kid is anchoring the newscast? A teacher says that she "looks like she's 30"? Awesome...Gabrielle Carteris was in her thirties when she played high school student Andrea in the original, so that was a nice shout-out to us diehards. Erin Silver (Kelly and David's little sister) was a good character, even though she used to be platinum blonde and now she's brunette. Next week, Kelly's mom Jackie shows up...good times.
In somewhat more important news, we are gearing up for Hanna's arrival this weekend. I wonder if all the big network newscasters are coming to Charleston? I hope Geraldo Rivera is here. In case you missed it, he lost his mind during the coverage of Hurricane Gustav last weekend. Check it:

The weekend is finally here! Summertime in the Low Country, it gets no better. As you may have heard, I was in Chicago last weekend for a friend's bachelor party. It was my first time there. Cool city...we took the "L" train everywhere, it is a great way to see everything and get around. Of course, no trip to the Windy City is complete without going to a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. I took a video of everyone singing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game", led by Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine(Lollapalooza was in town as well). Check it out...
